You need an experienced advocate in the hearing before the Department of Public Safety. That hearing must be scheduled within 10 days following the day you were charged. If you fail to adhere to their deadline or refuse to take the Breathalyzer test, you will automatically lose your license for 90 days, even before any trial or conviction.
